    How do I register/sign-in?

    You can register at elizasmarket.com directly through our website by clicking on the Register/Login tab on the menu bar. This will take you to the sign up page where you can create your account.

    What do I do if I've forgotten my password?

    If you forget your password click the “I’ve forgotten my password” link underneath the login button on the account page, input your email address in the box provided and press send. We will email an activation link to the email address associated with your account. Simply go to that email and click on the link and you will be given the opportunity to input a new password.

    What is the returns and refunds policy?

    We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are not completely satisfied you can return them for a refund. However, you must let us know in writing at customerservice@elizasmarket.com within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel, and then return the goods to us in as supplied condition within 7 days of notification to qualify for a refund. The cost of returning goods falls on the customer, unless the goods have been supplied incorrectly or damaged, in which case Eliza’s Market will supply a free returns label.

    How do I return an item?

    If you need to return any items please do the following: Contact us at customerservice@elizasmarket.com and we will send you a returns form and a returns code number (RMA). We cannot accept responsibility for items returned without authorisation from our Customer Service team. Complete the returns form including the RMA number and place in the parcel with the goods you wish to return. Wrap carefully the goods and place in the original packaging. Using the label provided send to: Returns at Eliza's Market, 227 Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 7AD. Obtain proof of posting.

    How long do I have to return an item

    If you decide to cancel you must inform us in writing of any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order to be able to return them for a full refund. You must then return the goods to us within 7 days of such a notification in the same condition that they were received.

    How do I cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel you order then please let us know by emailing us at customerservice@elizasmarket.com. If we have not despatched the goods we will arrange cancellation and a refund. If the goods have been despatched we will supply you with a returns code (RMA number) and a returns form so that you can return the goods to us.

    What payment options do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

    What are you delivery timescales?

    Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. Many of the art prints sold though elizasmarket.com are bespoke products made to order and such items can take longer between order and delivery than items held in stock. You should check the product pages on the website for current delivery estimates.
