Your account includes your account name and contact email details. It also includes details of any previous or outstanding orders you have with Elizasmarket.com.

Art Prints will normally be dispatched by recorded delivery, either flat-packed or in strong cardboard tubes as appropriate to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are not completely satisfied you can return them for a refund. Eliza's Market will bear the cost of return only for goods which have been supplied incorrectly or damaged.
You must notify us in writing of all damaged, incorrect or unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement or refund. Please email us at email@example.com. Goods must then be returned to us within 7 days of such a notification in the same condition that they were received. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We will do our best to replace all damaged, faulty or incorrectly despatched items to you, and refund all unwanted items within 30 days of the goods being returned to us in the same condition as supplied.
How to return your items
If you need to return any items please do the following:
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a returns form and a returns code number (RMA). We cannot accept responsibility for items returned without authorisation from our Customer Service team.
- Complete the returns form including the RMA number and place in the parcel with the goods you wish to return.
- Wrap carefully the goods and place in the original packaging. Using the label provided send to: Returns at Eliza's Market, 227 Woodstock Road, Oxford OX2 7AD.
- Obtain proof of posting.
